Rami brings over a decade of experience in motorsports and related sports entertainment & hospitality. He worked on behalf of both public and private sectors, including government-owned entities and racing circuits as part of the leadership teams in developing, executing and operating new venues.
Starting in 2007 at Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management, Rami made substantial contributions to the management of Yas Marina Circuit and was spearheading business development efforts and special projects.
Rami's experience extends to the planning of two motorsports venues in Lebanon and Egypt from 2015 to 2019, working on the projects' concept designs and business plans. He played a pivotal role in the construction of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, as the senior site manager for the track's main contractor and contributed to the design review of the new and still-under-construction Qiddiya Speed Park project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Rami has also provided counsel to various venues and clients in the Middle East, as well as founding and managing businesses in agriculture, food production and FMCG distribution. Rami is an avid skier, roots for Manchester City FC and all the Boston sports teams. He rides his motorcycle whenever he can, and is a classic car enthusiast.

Design Review
A critical stage of any racetrack development project, a design review phase refers to an evaluation of the proposed design plans to ensure that they meet functional and operational requirements.

Venue Management
Since 2007, Backstage ACS’s key personnel have experience in managing the operations of racetracks, streamlining daily operations to improve efficiency and service quality, providing an overall satisfactory customer and fan experience, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Our primary objective is to support venues to be financially independent and sustainable. We achieve this, by providing insights into cost management, revenue generation strategies, and budgeting.
Backstage ACS handles stakeholder management, developing relationships with local communities and government entities to support the operations of the racetrack.
Event Support
At Backstage ACS, our top priority is support our clients to meticulously plan and execute events. We ensure that the event is being delivered up to the standards expected by the client, the participants and the spectators.
We assist in the pre-event operational and financial planning, and on-site coordination during the set-up, including track preparation, staging areas, spectator facilities, and vendor managment.
Backstage ACS conducts post-event debriefs and analysis to review the event's success and discuss any issues or improvements for future occasions, analyzing event data, including financial performance, participant and fan feedback, and operational efficiency.
